Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
In cases of damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
